By accessing or using TempEmailfree (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use the website.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

TempEmailfree is designed for lawful, legitimate, and privacy-enhancing purposes, such as:

  • Protecting your primary personal or work inbox from promotional newsletters and spam.
  • Receiving one-time verification codes (OTP) and activation links for non-critical services.
  • QA testing, software development, and validating user registration workflows.
  • Evaluating new websites or digital downloads without exposing your personal email.

3. Strictly Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use the Service for any unlawful or malicious activities, including but not limited to:

  • Facilitating financial fraud, bank account creations, or money transfers.
  • Spamming, phishing, distributing malware, viruses, or unsolicited bulk communications.
  • Harassment, impersonation, or violating intellectual property or civil rights of third parties.
  • Attempting to bypass security systems, rate limits, or perform automated denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against our infrastructure.

4. Ephemeral Nature & No Warranty

TempEmailfree provides temporary, disposable inboxes on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. You acknowledge that:

  • Messages are deleted periodically and cannot be recovered once purged.
  • Temporary email addresses are public and recycled over time.
  • You should never use TempEmailfree for sensitive communications, bank logins, cryptocurrency exchanges, or essential passwords.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TempEmailfree, Evostackr, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

6. Modifications and Inquiries
